• This is a note to thank you for your services during a time when our family was in need of help. A family member was placed in a nursing home...the contents of the home had to be disposed of and completely cleared. It was a a huge under taking as well as emotional and very time consuming.   The contract was explained in full detail and all of my questions were answered promptly as the work was carried out. I noticed that the furniture and items for sale were stacked neatly and well organized during preparation for the sale. The advertising was appropriate and we were able to attract enough people to sell all of the contents of the home. I received a phone call at the end of the auction informing me of the details and the total proceeds. Our share of the proceeds was on the high end of the amount that was estimated at the time of the contract. 

  Family members are especially vulnerable when in a state of grief and then at that time find it necessary to work with business professionals.
