Wilmington is playing host to a national design competition, and the stakes are high!  Designers are given 28 days and only $5,000 to transform an empty house at Compass Pointe into a top model home.  A large cash prize is on the line, and the budget constraints have these high-end designers looking for inspiration in new and unusual places.

Amy Tyndall of Amy Tyndall designs turned up at one of Auction Orange's Second Sunday Auctions in search of unique pieces to use in her model.  She was delighted to find her competitive nature served her well in the auction environment and she won a fantastic marble table.  Amy experienced that euphoric rush that comes with scoring her first auction win and writes about it in her design blog:
